Registry Referral Query Service

This is a sample client of the Registry Referral Query Service. This service works by using the Registry Referral Server (rwhois://projects.arin.net:4321), an RWhois server that just generates referrals.  For domainname queries, it will generate WHOIS referrals to the appropriate agency.  For IP and network block addresses, it generates referrals to ARIN's RWhois server.

Note: if this client appears to hang, it is likely that the referred to server is not responding.  Try the same query (against the projects.arin.net server) with the general web client.
